This was the view from our club level room in Montego Bay, Jamaica, reopening June 2026!
As someone who has personally stayed in this level room category, it might be my favorite. Yes, nothing matches that personalized service with the butler attention, but concierge at Sandals and Beaches covers it all.
When you first arrive in this level room your bags are whisked away to your room, and you get to enjoy a welcome beverage in the Club Lounge. Then a concierge member will walk you to your room, provide you with a full room tour, and give you the opportunity to make any special requests.
What to Expect
Club (Sandals) and Concierge (Beaches) rooms are designed for guests who appreciate added convenience, upgraded amenities, and a hosted experience without the full butler price point.
