All excursions book through the Island Routes desk in the resort lobby. We recommend booking before you arrive here— the Falls and rafting tours fill up fast when cruise ships are in port.
Dunn's River Falls
Dunn’s River Falls sits about 10 minutes from the resort, close enough to visit twice if you want to. It’s a 600-foot natural limestone staircase with water cascading over every step, flowing all the way down to the Caribbean Sea.
The Climb — Walk up the falls in a human chain with a local guide. About 45–60 minutes. Water shoes required, available to rent. Go early to beat the crowds.
Bamboo Rafting — A private 30-foot bamboo raft for two, drifting down the White River with a local captain who knows every story the river has to tell. Calm, romantic, and genuinely unforgettable.
River Tubing — Seven rapids, lush jungle scenery, about 75 minutes. More exciting than rafting, just as beautiful.

Guests arrive at Sangster International Airport (MBJ), with many nonstop flight options from the U.S. Another option Sandals is 30 minutes away from Ian Flemming International Airport in St. Mary, Jamaica. The drive takes you along Jamaica’s scenic coastline and through local towns, giving you a glimpse of the island beyond the resort.
Complimentary airport transfers are included for all guests. Transfers back to the airport on departure day are also included and scheduled around flight times to ensure a smooth return.
