The new Treasure Beach Village is officially open, and it is already booking quickly for 2026, 2027, and even 2028. What Is Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos?
Treasure Beach Village is the newest expansion at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and it was clearly designed for families and groups who want more space, more privacy, and a more elevated feel.
There are over one hundred new suites, including larger multi-bedroom layouts that were honestly missing before. You’ll find options like the Chairman’s Three Bedroom Penthouse, private pool villas, pretty much rooms that actually make sense for families traveling together.
The entire village is centered around a stunning infinity-edge lagoon-style pool, surrounded by new dining, and a coffee shop. That alone tells you this was built with families in mind.
What stands out most is the feeling. It doesn’t feel like an add-on. It feels like a completely new experience within the resort.
Important note, what makes Beaches Turks & Caicos unique is that you are never limited to one area of the resort.

Demand for multigen suites
Sandals plans to raise the bar at the Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos, especially when it comes to accommodations.
Treasure Beach Village will feature expansive two- to four-bedroom units, including three-story, beachfront Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas able to accommodate up to 10 guests.
Jason and Karen Cavadas, co-founders of Ohio-based Twinsburg Travel, said multibedroom room categories are in especially high demand. In order to snag these types of accommodations, the pair typically have to book their Beaches clients one to two years in advance.
“We do a lot of the multigenerational trips to Beaches Turks & Caicos and have a lot of people that like to book the highend villas,” said Jason Cavadas, adding that when it comes to four-bedroom villas at Beaches Turks & Caicos in particular, “there’s a shortage of those.”
Treasure Beach Village will join the resort’s Caribbean, Seaside, Key West, Italian and French villages and grow the property’s total room count to 858.
It will also grow the resort’s culinary offerings. Treasure Beach Village will have seven restaurants, including the first Beaches-based outpost of Butch’s Island Chophouse, a signature dining concept at several Sandals resorts, and the Pinta Food Hall, a new concept serving a diverse menu including tacos, ceviche, dumplings and pizza.
These upscale food and beverage options are in line with what Karen Cavadas would like to see more of across the Beaches portfolio.
“They’re on the right path, and if they up the culinary, it would make them perfect,” she said.
But despite Beaches’ slower pace of expansion, some advisors view the brand’s measured approach as a competitive advantage.
“They’re finding the best beaches, the best locations, and they’re not building like conglomerates,” said Karen Cavadas. “And that is a leg up. They’re going to be focused, and they’re going to stay true to their name.”

The lagoon-style infinity edge pool includes a shallow splash area and slide for younger children, along with sunken social pods that create unique spaces to relax. Additional features include a children’s play zone, Starfish Cinema, and updated event spaces.
Guests also have access to a concierge lounge, resort shops, an Island Routes desk for excursions, and a loyalty and travel lounge.

New Restaurants in Treasure Beach Village
Beaches Turks and Caicos now has 26 restaurants throughout the entire resort to try, good luck fitting it all into one trip! Contact us for recommendations and tips on how to get reservations at places like Butch’s Steakhouse.
We’ve tried Pinta food hall, and it is amazing for families, especially when everyone wants something different. It is also not very busy in the morning as all rooms in this village get room service. Pinta Food Hall is one of the most practical and well-done additions. It brings multiple cuisines together in one space, so no one is stuck compromising on dinner.
The first-ever Butch’s Island Chop House gives you at Beaches brings dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and upgraded wine selections in a more elevated dining setting.
BRÜ Coffee Bar transitions from coffee during the day to craft cocktails at night, while Calypso provides a fun snow cone station at the pool bar (Insider tip: the snow cone station is for the adults too)
This is one of the easiest resorts for us to recommend because it works for so many different types of travelers.
It’s ideal for families and multi-generational trips where everyone wants something different but still wants to be together. It also works for couples, honeymoons, destination weddings, and even group trips where you need flexibility.
You can come here with grandparents, parents, and kids, and everyone will have their own version of the trip.
